The Brass Hook specializes in curated secondhand and resale fashion items. Most items are pre-owned and may show minor signs of wear consistent with normal use. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe each item, including any notable flaws or condition concerns. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited and inventory may change quickly.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are determined using our own resale pricing system based on brand, category, condition, and market value. Prices are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
Orders & Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or reseller activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays. Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for arranging pickup within a reasonable timeframe. The Brass Hook is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of secondhand and curated thrift items, all sales are final. Please review photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If an item arrives with a major undisclosed issue or the wrong item is received, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we will work to resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, branding, images, graphics, and text, is the property of The Brass Hook and may not be copied or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Brass Hook shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it. All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
