Due to the nature of secondhand and curated thrift items, all sales are final. 

Please review photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. 

If an item arrives with a major issue that was not disclosed (such as significant damage or an incorrect item being sent), contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we'll make it right. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Fit/sizing issues
• Change of mind
• Minor wear consistent with pre-owned condition
• Colour differences due to screen settings

All items are inspected and described to the best of our ability before being listed.
