We currently ship within Canada and offer local pickup in the London, Ontario area.

Processing Times 

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. During markets, pop-up events, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Current shipping options may include:

Standard Shipping ~ Flat Rate

Express Shipping ~ Faster delivery option

Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over $75 CAD

Shipping promotions may change at any time without notice.

 

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the London, Ontario area.
If pickup is selected at checkout: You will receive an email when your order is ready Pickup details and instructions will be provided after purchase
Orders should be picked up within a reasonable timeframe
Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your items.

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. The Brass Hook is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather Carrier issues
- Customs processing
- Postal disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, The Brass Hook is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:
- Check with neighbours or household members 
- Contact the shipping carrier directly 
- Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help 

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

One-of-a-Kind Inventory
Because many items are secondhand, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, replacements are not always available. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory error or damage discovered before shipping, a refund will be issued.
